Hi Paul, I think that's an good idea. Your glad that the stones now looking a little to new. But sandpaper is necessary for prevent big holes between the stones and for rounding towers. It's nice to read that you have a lot of experience with building things!

Yes, you can buy the stones (domus-kits) but I have working every stone with sandpaper!

5 beautifull sets: 1. VA 124 Pilgrims 2. VM 014 Barbarossa 3. VA 127 Guards (standing) 4. VA 130 Inquisition 5. VM 010 Mounted knight and the caravan-set in the future release! The plastic (grey) option is weak but very nice in detail!

Thank you! I have used some parts of revell and parts of napoleontic sets of Italery. The little ruïn on the mountain I thouht it's made in Russia (?) Indeed the castles are making stone by stone, a heavy work for the fingers.....

Hello 1:72 friends, I have worked many years of this project. Making 2 castles of real stones. I've set them now in a landscape with a little river and a forest. Behind a painting landscape. The figures are from Italery, Zvesda and the last 3 years of Valdemar. You can see an toernoi and an come back of many knights on horses. In the gallery I have placed more pictures. Jan Paul
