Hi,
Thanks for the comments. Most of the heraldic shown are hand painted from scratch, but a few has been made by using the waterslide transfers from VENI DICI VINI and then I did paint on top of these to get a good effect, as they otherwise looks to "machine made". I hope to make some better pictures soon.
And the next projects will be the Russians and the Danish... and then the Teutonic order and soon I have the Battle at Neva and Lake Peipus :0)
They are based on my "standard" base which I have been using for the past 2-3 years, my idea is one day to take out all of my figures etc. put on a linnin in same color as the ground and see if my army is bigger then Pauls
Best regards

Well personally I am more into the red and white... as I am Danish
But I have to agree that on the knights these colors looks good and gives a good balance. I especially like the mounted knights with their blue and white stribes combined with a yellow lion. The sign of Folkunga, the most powerfull medieval swedish family
Best regards

we shall see

There´s a "big army day" coming on the 14th of July, when people show thier armies on blogger
This . http://paulsbods.blogspot.de/2011/07/big-army-day.html was my army (half of my figures) from 2011
In the pics there are no trebuchets, only one catapult, only two hussite wagons, no siege tower, bombards and and... which have all been added since...

Well, my best friend is Alex... so I do have a lot of figures
I think that I have what you see times 3 or 4 of painted figures, but these are my best painted, kept in special locker. And then I do have about 30-50 siegemachines including old atlantic siegetowers, 4 BIG castles, wagon trail, a city and a tent camp as well. Also my collection includes some base boards and a LOT of unfinished stuff... and ofcourse a Navy
I will try to take pictures one category at a time
Best regards
